Our core team came from a small credit card and check processing gateway that got bought by a Large Corporation, who then made our Internet-based processing software their standard e-commerce offering. Over 100,000 merchants still use the software we built. But once the Large Corporation took over, the innovation stopped. The software we built became stagnant and outdated and the team disbursed.
Troy Maas, the innovator who drove that software’s creation and CEO of Intellivative, left that Large Corporation to start a new company, one where creativity and innovation wouldn’t be stifled, but encouraged. He gathered some of the disbursed team and added other intelligent developers and thinkers who have experience in the credit card processing and automated check handling industry, but who also craved the freedom to create, to build, to excel. Together we’ve been building payment processing software for over 20 years. Rayce Jonsrud, our CMO, joined Intellivative in 2009.
Now, as Intellivative, Inc., we build custom commerce solutions for healthcare, schools, property managers, retail stores, e-commerce, and mail-order/telephone-order merchants.
We know we’re not the only ones who want to create, so we also offer an API that allows merchants, developers, and entrepreneurs to build their own integrated commerce solutions.
